Tip: To see how many of the Blueprint collectibles you have found at any time, from the menu open your iDroid and go to “Mother Base” and select “Database”, “Documentation”, and finally “Blueprints”. The higher level ones are only available after story mission 31! There are also other key dispatch missions in between that do not reward you with a blueprint (they only unlock emblem parts and such). How to find missing Blueprints?: In-game the Blueprints will appear simply as a grey suitcase with a white blinking light on top, that houses the blueprint inside (with a yellow folder icon appearing as you get near it), which you can pick up to collect when you stand next to it.
